We’re incredibly excited to share that Patti Boyle, Ed.D., MBA, CEO of Sapience Leadership, Pennovation Center, has joined the Jochi team as a Strategic Advisor. Patti brings extensive knowledge in the education space through her work at Sapience as well as her role as an alum of University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education’s Mid-Career Program in Educational Leadership.
Over this past summer, Jochi took part in the Pennovation Works Summer Accelerator. Through engaging with business leaders and other startups, we were introduced to Patti.
More about Patti: In addition to her work with Sapience Leadership, Patti also leads Marketing for Dstillery, a Manhattan-based firm in the AdTech space. In prior years, as founder of an independent consulting firm, Boyle Consulting Group, Patti’s client base and engagements encompassed organizations across industries, throughout the region and worldwide. Patti’s work in branding, marketing and leadership development has been recognized for effectiveness over her 30-year career. Patti earned her doctorate in Educational and Organizational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to launching her consulting business, Patti led Global Marketing for SEI Investments’ Private Banking business, splitting her time between London and Philadelphia. Patti also served on SEI’s Community Philanthropy Board, as Head of Communications. Patti made her earlier career in advertising, as Managing Director with Tierney in Philadelphia and before that, as Vice President with J. Walter Thompson New York. In these roles, Patti managed results-driven campaigns for global clients in diverse industries, from consumer goods and non-profit, to finance and technology.
Patti served as Chief Marketing Officer of Faith in the Future, an independent foundation providing strategic management and operational oversight of 17 high schools and four schools of special education in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. An integral leader with the Foundation in its launch and expansion phase, Patti led strategic marketing, branding and enrollment initiatives. Working collaboratively with Presidents, Principals, Advancement and Admissions Directors, Patti was instrumental in the Foundation’s earliest accomplishments, providing leadership training, talent recruiting, and establishing strategic community-based partnerships to boost system-wide enrollment.
A graduate of Temple University’s School of Communications, Patti attended on a full academic scholarship. She later earned her MBA at Temple’s Fox School of Business, concentrating in Marketing.
An Adjunct Instructor in Temple's Klein College of Media and Communication, Patti teaches Legal & Moral Issues, Persuasive Writing and Organizational Communication. She has also served as an Instructional Coach for the Capstone Course, "Data Informed Inquiry", in PennGSE's Mid-Career Doctoral Program.
